Celebrating 100 years of the National Park Service

Our wandering has taken us to many of our wonderful national parks across the United States. We loved each one of the parks that we visited.

The national parks, national monuments, national historic sites, and  other national areas are managed by the National Park Service which celebrated it’s 100th anniversary in August, 2016. To celebrate this anniversary I am sharing pictures of the national parks we have visited throughout the years.

  1. What a great idea for a post, Beth! I love seeing your park photos arranged in a in this manner. I, too, would like to do this with my own photos one day. It would be a lot of work digging them all out, but so worth while to see them all displayed! Picking one per park will be the hardest part!

    1. Nancy, thank you for adding me back on your list. It took us over 10 years to visit all these parks! We planned some of our Rv trips so that we could see as many parks as we could along the way. Some of the parks like Denali we made a major destination. Love them all!
