Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #170 – Street Art

For this challenge Patti has asked us to explore street art near and far.

I found street art in Canada, Ireland, Scotland, and several places in the United States from Juneau, Alaska to Key West, Florida.

Quebec City
View from the train just outside Dublin, Ireland
“The Last Jedi” of the Star Wars series was filmed in the area of Ballyferriter on the Dingle Peninsula
Glasgow, Scotland
Juneau, Alaska
Seward, Alaska
Cape Gerardeau, Missouri
Laural and Hardy in Harlem, Georgia
Helena, Arkansas
Cedar Key, Florida

Many thanks to our Patti for this fun Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #170: Street Art

  1. Oh my goodness, you outdid yourself. Wow! They are all great. I really liked Scotland, but the first one is so realistic it looks like you could dive into the water. Again you not only amaze me with your photography skills but your organizational skills to find them when you want them. 👏🏻👏🏻

    1. Judy, the first one is a Wyland Wall in Key West. I have pictures of another one that isn’t digital and I did’t want to go through boxes of old photos to find it 😄 I came up with a way to name the files on my computer that makes it easier for me to find photos.

  2. So fun! Love the one from Scotland! The man looks so realistic, and I love the contrast with the little bird. You are so well traveled! We happen to be in Cape Girardeau. Guess where we took a walk? 🙂

    1. Thanks Betty! The man in Glasgow is my favorite. Enjoy Cape Girardeau! I took pictures of most of those murals and had a hard time deciding which one to include. It’s fun being beside the Mississippi River.
