As American college football fans, we see many team logos using letters of the alphabet.
We have spent many fall Saturdays in Sanford Stadium watching the Georgia Bulldogs. We see the Georgia G everywhere we look.

We love our Georgia Bulldogs so much we added the team logo to the front of our fifth wheel.

We’ve made several RV trips to other college stadiums to watch the Bulldogs play. Here are a few more college football logos on display.

🙂 When we lived in Kansas, we were about 20 minutes from Lawrence and were big Jayhawk fans. We still follow them and watch them when we can up here. I can only imagine how much fun you have going to home and away games.

The will be our 36th year as season ticket holders so we are always doing a lot of traveling in the fall. People who aren’t sports fans think we are crazy! We really enjoy taking the RV to away games. In most of the places we went for a game the fans were friendly and welcome.

The other day I walked past a class A in the campground that had a “G” license place on the front of their coach — behind a smokey license plate cover — so the color of the “G” was indistinguishable.
The owner was puttering around outside and I said something about being a PACKERS FAN — after which I was firmly told that the “G” stood for “GATORS” not Green Bay.
I guess I have to pay better attention to what part of the country I’m in!!!!

Peter, in some parts of the U.S. we have had people ask if we are Packers fans. It’s the same G but red instead of green. You are in the middle of Gator country now!

YEAH! Haven’t I Figured THAT Out!
And you’re right — the G does look like the same Typographic “G” — so the ‘mistake’ is easy to make. But then in my case seeing as I am NOT a sports fan it’s more like an assumption that the whole world is supposed to like the Packers just because it’s about the only football team I know anything about and that’s not much!

How fun that you make it to so many away games, and that logo on the front of your 5er is great! That’s a fun interpretation of the challenge, too. 😉

I knew I liked you. I may not be a Georgia fan but I love me some college Football! You can find me on the couch on Saturdays watching all the games. I am a Buckeye fan as I raised my kids in O-H-I-O! Great post for the challenge!
