D is for Ducks and Doves
I hate to say this but I am terrible at identifying ducks and doves but I enjoy photographing them. These are a few of my favorites.

You had my attention with the header photo, but then you stole my heart with the little guy and his blue accent sitting on the rock. Oh, I do love that shot. 🙂

Judy, I have no idea what kind of duck that is. I love the colors. He was on that rock in a creek behind our RV in a campground in North Carolina.

Your side glance White-winged Dove is fabulous. Certainly put a smile on my face. I uncontrollably tilted my head too. LOL! I can’t tell if the other dove is a Common or Mourning Dove. They are similar, but one has a shorter tail. The pink beak ducks are the Black-bellied Whistling Ducks. Very nice gallery this week, Beth! 🙂
