How exciting! I have a vivid memory when I was five, and we were on the ship from Alaska to Seattle. We were out on the deck when someone pointed out whales (I don’t know what kind) off the starboard side. They, or it, were blowing. I remember it to this day. I don’t think I saw the whale’s body.
