Sofia shows us many wonderful examples of doors as her challenge of doors takes a look back to Tina’s 2018 challenge #20: Open Sesame: Doors and Doorways.
My header image looks through a red gate to the door of an Irish church.
I chose some miscellaneous doors for the first gallery.

Last week’s challenge hosted by Ann-Christine was “Found at the Fair/ Market.” I really enjoyed seeing all of your fairs, markets and festivals from around the world. Be sure to check back on Saturday, August 23 at noon Eastern Time when I’ll be hosting the next challenge.

Beth, I loved this post featuring different doors in each category. Is there really a Mayberry Courthouse??

Thanks Anne! Andy Griffith is from Mt. Airy, North Carolina. There is the Mayberry Courthouse, the jail, squad cars, a museum and even Floyd’s Barber Shop there.

Terrific post Beth. My favorite set is the castle doors but I really also love the little seaside painted building. All great choices and LOL for Mayberry doors!

Thanks Tina! The castle doors are all from Ireland. Is the painted seaside building that you like the little blue one? It was also in Ireland. I couldn’t resist including the Mayberry Courthouse door!

An incredible array of doors, Beth! Clearly, you are someone who takes a lot of door pics! The castle doors are stunning in their simplicity and age. I like the first gallery as well!

Thanks Terri! So glad you enjoyed these doors. Those castle doors are from a castle in Ireland. I would have had more castle doors but there were usually crowds in front of most of the doors I saw.

John, I laughed at the sign in front of the Woolworth Building. We had fun at the Mayberry Courthouse and Sheriff’s Office in Mt. Airy, NC. I even got in the jail.
